When it comes to our private Tuscany wine tours, there are a few wineries that we find ourselves returning to time and time again. One of our favourites is Casa Emma, a lovely winery nestled in the heart of the Chianti countryside.

And there’s a good reason we keep going back!

One of the things we love most about Casa Emma is that it’s much more than simply stopping for a glass of wine.

We typically arrange our visits around lunchtime, giving our guests the opportunity to enjoy a guided winery tour, discover more about the wines produced here, and then settle in for a delicious Tuscan lunch accompanied by a wine tasting.

And the setting? Pretty special!

Casa Emma has a wonderful terrace overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills, vineyards and surrounding countryside. On a sunny day, it’s exactly the sort of place where you want to sit back, enjoy another glass of Chianti and forget about the time.
