About our owner and founder
Marco founded San Giorgio NCC following a career spanning two decades in the tourism industry as a fully qualified boat captain and diving instructor. Having enjoyed an extensive career in customer service across the globe, he decided to return home to Italy to continue his career working in tourism. With the continued increase in visitors to Tuscany and Bologna, he saw a niche in the market for Italian and English speaking private drivers to provide exceptional and bespoke wine tours and high end private transfers. With an extensive knowledge of wine and decades of experience working with tourists, Marco prides himself on making each trip one to remember for his clients!
